I have gone through an removed a number of "adjective" senses for words that are clearly nouns. Simply because a noun is modifying another noun does not make it an adjective. If this were the case, almost every noun could also be an adjective. For example, car maker is a noun phrase with two nouns, maker being the head noun and car modifying maker; car is not an adjective in this phrase. --Brett 17:06, 25 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
