This blocked user (block log | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators said no to this request. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not unblock the user without a good reason.

Request reason: "(NO REASON GIVEN)"

Administrators, if you have reviewed an unblock request, replace "{{unblock|reason for request}}" with "{{unblock reviewed|reason for request|reason for declining --~~~~}}".

Note: If your reason for declining doesn't show up, it means your signature is breaking it. Use "{{unblock reviewed|reason for request|decline=reason for declining --~~~~}}" in such cases.
