Usage of handicapped and retarded

Also the IPA pronunciation of ‘mong’ is incorrect.

The sense ‘mongrel’ is pronounced as /ˈmʌŋ/.

It held right from the beginning, and should have been abundantly clear to you when you received your first block. As far as I can see, nothing has changed, so I see no reason to unblock.
