Good day, will suggest that you give Wiktionary:Entry layout explained a read before contributing any further. Thanks. --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 11:29, 9 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Good day, your recent creations do not conform to the above guideline. --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 05:26, 10 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
I'd also take the change to warn you to stop copying content wholesale from en.wiktionary --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 02:00, 14 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

change

My account has been blocked for the same thing (without infinite) because of not follow ping the formatting rules. How to follow? MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 02:34, 11 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Audio

change

In the audio in contemptible UK is not real. It is just only a self-test. Also you need to make an example of a sample article MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 05:59, 11 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Usage of handicapped and retarded

change

These disability terms are slightly outdated and should be usually avoided. Some Wiktionary articles contain these words, so I replaced them to 'disability', 'disabled person', 'disabled' etc less offensive terms. retard spaz MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 08:46, 11 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Fixed the article imp

change

The word imp begins with the 'i' sound (vowel), so it should be followed with 'an'. MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 10:11, 12 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

New rules in Wiktionary

change

I know that I should not copy the text in Wiktionary (not a copycat). Also you should make an example of the layout example. MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 02:13, 14 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Email

change

I'm not going to reply via email as your block doesn't warrant a need for us to converse there. Wiktionary:Entry layout explained is very clear on what is expected from a contributor, the pages you've created requires intervention for it to conform to the guide. I've reminded you to follow the guide thrice and your creations still has issues, if you're going to make this mistake again, it will be a full indefinite block. --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 02:35, 14 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Problem in your fixed edits

change

In the page ‘oft’, you added comparative and superlative, however it is not correct, see Merriam-Webster MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 00:07, 18 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Also the IPA pronunciation of ‘mong’ is incorrect.
The sense ‘mongrel’ is pronounced as /ˈmʌŋ/.
The offensive sense ‘idiot, dumbass’ is pronounced as /mɒŋ/. MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 00:09, 18 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
See layout of the entry ‘retard’ MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 00:10, 18 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
Also the word ‘bitch’ should be listed in the category ‘dogs’ because it is a female dog, as in the inoffensive sense. MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 00:12, 18 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Unblock account

change

This blocked user (block log | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators said no to this request. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not unblock the user without a good reason.

Request reason: "I should follow the entry layout and will not evade any blocks"

Decline reason: "per Special:Diff/543431-- MathXplore (talk) 00:01, 22 February 2025 (UTC)"Reply

MarcoToa 0425 (talk) 03:12, 19 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

The reason you give is simply a statement of what you ought to do. But that is not a new obligation. It held right from the beginning, and should have been abundantly clear to you when you received your first block. As far as I can see, nothing has changed, so I see no reason to unblock.
