You might be confusing the word morality with mortality. These words are commonly misused.

change- (uncountable) Morality is the ability to tell the difference between things that are just and things that are evil.
- Without morality, everybody would be killing each other constantly.
- (countable) A morality is a set of rules and beliefs that say what actions are appropriate for people in a society to do.
