Hello, The New Mikemoral, and welcome to the Simple English Wiktionary!

We hope you are happy editing here. Some helpful pages to begin with are Wiktionary:Community Portal, Wiktionary:Useful, Help:Contents, Wiktionary:Rules, and Wiktionary:How to edit.

If you want to talk with other members or ask a question, you can visit Wiktionary:Simple talk. Administrators can also help you with more difficult problems. You can also ask me for help. The best way to do that is to leave a message on my talk page. Just remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing "~~~~" (four tildes) at the end of your words.

Good luck and happy editing! Razorflame 07:42, 14 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Audio requests change

Hmm...I see that you made a section in your userspace for audio requests. I would like to propose that we move it to a page like Wiktionary:Audio requests and have it run like it does on the English Wiktionary. I'll bring this up on the Simple Talk as well. Cheers, Razorflame 23:04, 20 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Created and will make post at WT:ST. --The New Mikemoral (talk) 23:06, 20 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please read change

Hi there. We don't use etymologies here. Furthermore, please read Help:Creating a new entry for more information about how to properly format an entry here. Thanks, Razorflame 21:26, 23 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Done with audio request? change

Hi there. You said that you were done with the audio request that I posted, yet you didn't add the audio files to the entries here. Can you please do that as soon as you read this message? Thanks, Razorflame 05:00, 29 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Erm... I recorded the audio and edited it, and yet I somehow forgot to upload it to the Commons. Will do. --The New Mikemoral (talk) 03:02, 31 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Simple change

Please don't remove the simple tag unless you actually simplify something. For sneeze, for example, somebody who looked it up and found "rapidly expel air, saliva and sometimes mucus from the nose and mouth" would likely have no idea what expel, saliva, and mucus mean, which makes the definition worse than useless.--Brett (talk) 20:23, 15 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Brett, this was me... Well, I thought (still think) this is easy. I've tried to fix it a bit more now. Barras talk 20:31, 15 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
Wow! Twice in a day I've read the wrong user. My apologies!--Brett (talk) 23:52, 15 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Heading levels change

Heading levels are typically as follows: Level two: lexical category (part of speech; e.g., Noun) Level three: Pronunciation, Synonyms, Antonyms, Related words --Brett (talk) 16:12, 17 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Whoops, sorry about that. Mikemoral♪♫ 01:45, 18 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Feedback.js change

To be honest, I'm not sure what to do with this.--Brett (talk) 16:13, 22 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
