Hello, Ranza, and welcome to the Simple English Wiktionary!

We hope you will be happy editing here. Some helpful pages to begin with are Wiktionary:Community Portal, Wiktionary:Useful, Help:Contents, Wiktionary:Rules, Wiktionary:How to change a page, and Help:Creating a new entry.

If you want to talk with other members or ask a question, you can visit Wiktionary:Simple talk. Administrators can also help you with more difficult problems. You can also ask me for help. The best way to do that is to leave a message on my talk page. Just remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing "~~~~" (four tildes) at the end of your words.

Good luck and happy editing! Tempodivalse [talk] 16:35, 14 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Formatting of new entries

change

First of all, welcome Ranza, and thank you for adding some useful entries to the Simple English Wiktionary! Most of your entries are fairly good formatting-wise, but there are some improvements that you could make :) First of all, there needn't be a space in between the {{noun}} template and the definition. You can leave it without a space. Second of all, on nouns, if the noun is countable (i.e. it has a plural and can have an "a" or "an" added before it, like "a light" or "a person"), please add the {{countable}} template before the definition. If the noun is uncountable, please add {{uncountable}} template before it :) For more information, please read Help:Creating a new entry and Wiktionary:Entry layout explained.
