Please do not make these sorts of edits (linked). These edits have no impact on how the page is seen and so there is no need for you to make them. Welcoming users change
Hello there. There is no need for you to welcome editors who have renamed users. They are not editing here on purpose, and while a welcome message is nice, it is likely that they don't intend to edit here so a welcome message is unnecessary. --Ferien (talk) 20:24, 30 March 2023 (UTC)

Welcoming WMF staff change
As same as global renamers that you welcomed previously, sending a welcome message is nice, but it is likely that WMF staff (User talk:Quiddity (WMF)) don't intend to edit here so a welcome message is maybe not needed. If you strongly believe it is needed, please let us know why.
